Seed Cleaner: II Security warning
Thank you for choosing our products, for normal operating condition, avoiding some uncertainty, to eliminate possible hazards, special warning note the following:
1 Electrical safety issues
1) Grounding line in the tag 〨 Department, during the machine operation should be well grounded.
2) Before starting, the electrician must inspect all parts of electrical conditions to ensure safety.
3) Please stop work when the humidity is high.
2 The requirements of the operators
Operators should be adults, to go through professional training and pass the examination; operators should carefully read this manual before operation.
3 Attention matters for operation
（1）Before starting
1) For the first use of the machine operator, before starting, please carefully read this manual and pay attention to safety signs everywhere (fans, rotary discharging valve and the safety precautions logo).
2) Check whether the fastening part is loose, and if so, and then tighten.
3) The workplace should be flat, and adjusting the screw to make the machine racks to the horizontal position. Adjust the height so that the tire is far from pressure, and to adjust both sides same.
Note: There is fixed plate for transportation in the screen box, must remove, and properly keep them for later use.
（2）Working time.
1) Do not take down the protective cover belt when running.
2) Do not take down the shell of vibration motor when running.
3) When fan working, the fan exit is prohibited to stand on.
4) Pay attention to timely clean-up the winding material on the net of fan exit, so as not to affect the air flow, and open the protective net is strictly prohibited.
5) When Machine breakdown, stop machine immediately, trouble shooting in working condition is prohibited.
6) When p blackout during operation, promptly cut off the power to prevent the machine suddenly start causing the accident.
（3）After stopping machine
1) Cut off power supply to prevent accidents
2) If not using this machine long time, to clean machine and the machine should be placed in a dry environment.
